C1 server RAID cache power supply failed [fixed] 2023-09-04 [07:50] Server operations are all back to normal now. However, we are still monitoring the situation closely. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the outage. [07:45] The server will have to be restarted. There are still problems with the normal operation of the services, which will require an update of the kernel to a newer version and consequently a restart of the server. [07:30] The server has restarted normally and normal service operation is being restored. [07:00] A problem was encountered with the server booting when the power supply was changed. The server refuses to start up normally despite several attempts. We are continuously working on the problem and are trying to restore the server to normal operation. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. [22:30] On the C1 server, the RAID cache power supply has failed and will be replaced as soon as possible. At the moment the server is running slower than normal. Replacing the failed power supply will cause an outage of approximately 30 minutes.
