C1 server failure [fixed] 2023-09-13 [09:15] The server has been restored and services are back online. However, one of the server's hard disks has failed, and replacing it may still require a reboot and a disk system check. [08:50] The disk system controller is currently being replaced. We expect the work to take up to an hour. After that, the disk system will require a check, which may take half an hour to an hour. [08:30] The disk system on the C1 server has failed due to a power surge. We are currently investigating the issue and installers are at the server to repair the broken server. [08:00] A failure has been detected on the C1 server as a result of a fault in the server centre's electrical network. Back to |
